AdPilot is an AI-powered advertising creation and management platform designed for Indian businesses. The Service enables users to create, manage, and optimize digital advertisements across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other advertising networks. Features include AI-generated ad creatives, Indian festival templates, smart targeting, budget optimization, and multi-platform campaign management.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Create advertisements that are misleading, defamatory, or infringe on third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our written permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Sidewall Financial Services Pvt Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including ad creatives and campaign data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. AI-generated templates and design assets provided by the Service are licensed for use within the platform.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific advertising results, conversion rates, or return on ad spend. Third-party platform integrations (Facebook, Google, etc.) are subject to their respective terms and availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sidewall Financial Services Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
